Get Organized! 

Choose the most convenient way for everyone to stay in contact and have easy access to the information you are sharing between vendors and or team members so that everyone informed and up to date. Utilizing cloud-based services such as iCloud, Google Drive, and Dropbox.

Money money money.

Create a realistic estimated budget and write down all the costs. It’s not the most exciting thing to do but this will be so helpful and set you up for success.

Be flexible and just know this may affect cost and availability if you have a certain venue in mind.
