It is important to listen and be sure that you understand everything that you are making a commitment to. Vendors may be booked or unavailable but they definitely will have vendors to refer you to if needed. These times are uncertain so you want to be certain these choices are what you want and that they will accommodate your wedding date.
What are your cancellation policies?
How far in advance do I have to let you know if I need to postpone?
Are rates different on weekdays than weekends?
If for any reason the venue has to shut down will money be refunded?
What will the venue be doing differently due to COVID?
Is there a cost if we need to reschedule the event?
How will the food be served?
What options do we have for having hor’douvres?
If we need to minimize the guest count where does the allocated money go?
How are the florals sourced?
If we change the wedding date can we have a Plan B for floral color options?
